Terms of Use

1. The service

GxChange is a non-custodial software interface that compares swap and bridge routes offered by third-party protocols. We do not hold your funds, keys or assets, and we are not a party to your transactions.

Every transaction is signed by you in your own wallet. Quotes are estimates, not an offer or obligation; the guaranteed minimum is the “minimum received” value inside the transaction.

2. Eligibility and restricted use

You must be allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction to use the service. The service is not available to persons or addresses on sanctions lists or in restricted jurisdictions, and we block them.

You must not use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity.

3. Third-party protocols

Routes are executed by independent protocols (DEX aggregators, bridges, intent networks). We verify transaction data before showing it, but we cannot guarantee the behaviour, solvency or security of third-party contracts.

4. Fees

Our fee, protocol fees and network gas are shown as separate lines before you sign. Fee tiers may change; the amounts shown for a quote are what applies to it.

5. No advice

Nothing in the service is investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your decisions.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses from market movements, smart-contract failures, bridge incidents, wallet issues or user error.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. This text is a draft and must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
